When you come to see me, we will first discuss what you would like to acheive during our time together.

Old habits to release, a general  stress relief and relaxation 'mental massage' , confidence, positive study habits or something else. You will LOVE how effective Hypnosis is at releiving the stresses of life! 

 

When you feel comfortable and ready, I will guide you into a deep relaxation, bringing you to a place in your subconscious mind, much like a dream state. I will give you some peaceful, comforting imagery, and some suggestions that we have discussed earlier. 

 

You will wake feeling refreshed and renewed. Remembering everything said. You will LOVE how effective Hypnosis is at releiving the stresses of life! 

 

You will always be aware of your surroundings and in control of your body and  the space. Your subconscious mind will not let you do or say anything that your conscience mind would not..

What is Hypnosis?
 

Hypnosis is much like guided imagery or a guided mediation. A deep relaxation allowing your subconscios mind to show you what you need in your conscience awake state.
